Cutting requirements for finish rolling rebar

Because the price of finish rolled rebar will be a little higher than that of ordinary rebar, and according to the requirements of construction design, its length is different, so the user-customized finish rolled rebar must meet the required length. Usually, when the manufacturer processes, it will be rolled in a specification of 9 meters or 12 meters. If the user has a fixed size, the manufacturer will need a cutting rule. There will be a lot more waste material processed by finishing rolled rebar. How to detect finishing rolled rebar will delay time, and the effect of the cutting rule is not good. It also needs to be cut by grinding wheel saw, not by arc or oxygen arc, therefore, when finishing rolled rebar is delivered, it will be cut and delivered according to the length required by the user.

1. When finishing rolling rebar is used, other heating and deformation methods cannot be used to prevent its mechanical properties from being reduced. 

2. It is not possible to weld during application, because the strength of the solder joint will be much smaller than the original strength of the steel, and the wire breakage at the solder joint is prone to occur during tensioning.

3. Finish rolling thread steel mother should be cut by toothless saw (grinding wheel), because electric welding or gas welding may damage the appearance of the steel periphery.
